The fishing is good, but the weather is not. If you can brave the elements this time of year can be very productive and at times even make a bit of frostbite worth it. Take some Stanley’s Ice Off Paste.
Nymphing:
Worms, leeches, midges, annelids and eggs are all fishing very well.
