NORTH PLATTE RIVER FLY FISHING REPORT JULY 11, 2016

FLY FISHING CASPER WYOMING

Fishing Report July 11, 2016:

As water flows recede, fish are beginning to transition from the slower moving waters into the faster runs. Flies such as Sallies and PMD’s are consistent hatches that have been good lately. A nymph rig set up about 5-6 ft to an AB weight is working great out there too. Other top bugs this last week have been purple Macgrubers, chocolate emergers, and Mercer’s poxyback PMD’s.
