Things are looking good here in Wyoming! Weather is changing for the better, our fish are happy, and so are we.
Flows
The Grey Reef is sitting at about 1500 CFS so perfect to wade or float. The Miracle Mile is sitting at 2000 CFS, and Fremont at it’s standard 80.
Bugs
PMD’s are fishing great right now. We’re really liking the Barr’s Emerger PMD, and the Crust Nymph PMD. Outside of that, throw a brown Pine Squirrel Leech on, and stick to chocolate RS2’s or PMD RS2’s. As always a worm of your choice won’t ever hurt either.
Temps are warm enough that the fish are sitting a little higher in the water column, so don’t feel like you have to run it super heavy.
Where
All stretches are fishing well and looking clean. If you’re looking for a good spot to do some walk and wading, Fremont Canyon or below Government Bridge are your best bet.
