KORTES ROAD WORK: MIRACLE MILE AND FREMONT CANYON ACCESS

Kortes Road Work

Due to the resurfacing of Kortes Road, you may notice a few more orange signs when making your way out to the Miracle Mile or Fremont Canyon than usual. Do not fear though, there is a detour in place and all of these areas are still accessible! Just be sure to plan for about 15 minutes more of travel time in your journey. The construction runs from soutwest Alcova to intersection 408. As shown on the map above, the detour will take you down Pathfinder road, over to Fremont Canyon Road, and get your right back on your way. Though we do understand it is a little more of a headache, we are excited for some fresh pavement and a smoother ride to all of your favorite fishing spots.
