The Bureau of Reclamation is refilling Alcova Reservoir while repairs continue

The refilling Alcova Reservoir will begin between December 15 and 20. The scheduled refill should take approximately two weeks to fill to normal winter operating elevation…

What you should know if recreating below Seminoe and Pathfinder Dams:

Miracle Mile water flows will be unseasonably high with a projected flow of 1200cfs (cubic feet per second)

Fremont Canyon, below Pathfinder Dam, is projected to have water flows rise to 2300cfs (cubic feet per second)

The Bureau of Reclamation expects to have Alcova Reservoir to be restored to normal winter operating range by January 6, 2021.

BE AWARE of changes in flow rates as than occur quickly! Always use caution.
