My Dad and I decided to do some night fishing. We floated Bessemer bend to Robertson road on the full moon. It was a beautiful crisp evening and the full mooning cast a beautiful reflection off the river. The fishing was slow but the beer was cold which made for a great night. The reef has been fishing solid for August with a mix of PMDs, Tricos, and Caddis throughout the day. Miracle Mile has been good in a select few holes, fishing the slow water near chalk bluffs with a streamer has been fairly productive for big fish.
Go hook em’!
