Fishing Update!
Fishing has slowly gotten better, the lower river is still a little off color. The upper river has still been fairly productive. There has been trico’s going off in the morning which is a good opportunity to throw some dries. Nymphing has been the ticket through the afternoon. Right now, you’ll want to run 4-5ft to a BB weight. Natural colored caddis patterns with a copper bead as well as macgruber variations have been producing. About an hour before sunset or so, there has been some topwater caddis opportunities.
