We just received news that Costa Inc. has entered into a merger agreement with Essilor. This merger will help bring more expertise, resources and technology and lens design to Costa Sunglasses.
Essilor is a global leader in lens technology and production along with having a very strong reputation for innovation. This merger should prove to be a great resource and partner for Costa.
