Well November is here and so is the wind! Had a busy last few days with clients taking advantage of the beginning of our Fall off season special of $300.00 for a full day float.
Friday the weather was cool but the wind was fairly calm and the fish were cooperating. Saturday the wind came in full force causing the river to become slightly off color, but the fish did not seem to mind as everyone reported fairly good fishing despite the conditions. Fish were up sipping and they were chasing meat as well. A nymph rig set up from 4-6ft with PSL in tan or brown along with some mayhem midge, macgruber midge along with some barr’s emerger all caught fish as well.
