Hoping everyone had a safe and Happy Thanksgiving and that maybe you were able to sneak out and get some fishing done. It was a fairly quiet weekend as far as fishing with a few boats going out just about everyday.
The streamer bite seems to still be the ticket for big aggressive fish! Nymphing remains the stronghold with midges, leeches and some baetis stuff. We are still seeing pods of fish sipping midges when the conditions are right.
It appears that we are in for quite the change in temperature with the mercury dropping into the single digits and night time lows well below zero. This appears to be a great week to sit at the vise and catch up on some tying.
