THE GREY REEF: 1500 CFS

The Reef is fishing well, even with the moss in the system. Anglers have been having success nymphing and throwing dries at fish rising to tricos in the morning and caddis in the evening. There are also some fall baetis around. Those anglers that have been nymphing are catching fish on caddis, midges and PMD patterns, though leeches and annelids are always a safe bet on the Reef.

THE MIRACLE MILE: 535 CFS

The Mile has been slow. The water is off color and the temps are high. Fish have been caught on midge, caddis, leeches and crayfish patterns. Please be mindful of water temps if you plan on heading out this way.

FREMONT CANYON: 89 CFS

Fremont is fishing well. Keep your eyes open for rising fish. Make sure to have caddis, tricos and baetis in both dry flies and nymphs.
