Do not forget that below Grey Reef (cable to cable is closed until May 1st). Please use extreme caution when wading with these high flows. The upper river has been fishing well. Midges, Baetis, Leeches, scuds and eggs seem to be top producers. Baetis hatches have been coming off every afternoon. Try barrs emergers, downey wonder nymphs, RS-2’s in gray and olive along with juju Baetis in sizes 18, 20 and 22. Concentrate your efforts fishing inside the soft water.
