The Ugly Bug Fly Shop is looking for Retail Sales Associates for the upcoming 2021 season. We are looking for full time employees available to start asap and for seasonal summer positions. 

Ideal applicants should possess the following skills:

– Retail sales experience

– Knowledge of fly-fishing gear and local area fishing knowledge

– Great customer service

– Self motivation

– Basic computer skills

Some of the duties involved in this job will include:

– Stocking the sales floor

– Selling fly fishing equipment

– Selling fishing licenses 

– Booking guided trips for clients

– Assisting customers with questions on local water and fishing conditions

– Keeping the sales floor clean and organized
