2021 Ladies Events Scheduled and Filling Fast! Ugly Bugs and Crazy Ladies back on the scene with round two of a fun-filled, 3 part series. CiCi and I are proud to host our 2nd annual event and we will have help from Casper's finest lady anglers. Ugly Bugs and Crazy Ladies, designed specifically for women and by women, affords our clients a level of comfort unmatched by any class. We know what you want! Ugly Bugs and Crazy Ladies meets over 3 consecutive days. The fist night we start at the Ugly Bug Fly Shop and head to the park for some casting instruction. Night two, we meet again at the Bug and have some wine, beer, and tie flies. Night two was a huge hit last year! Finally, we put all of that instruction into real world application- FLY FISHING! Thursday Nights at the Bug Starting Tomorrow! That's right, fly tying is back! Thursday night fly tying will be led by Blake Jackson and he's ready to coach. With the promise of weekly themes so you can count on learning new distinct patterns and old trusty ones, too. And as always, you’re welcome to come down and tie whatever you like in the company of fellow anglers. We’re hoping to have some guest tiers this year and maybe even team up with a local brewery (COVID regs permitting). Blake plans on teaching a streamer tomorrow so be ready to learn, laugh, and simply have some fun! All you need to do is show up and we will handle the rest.
